Payment timing
Monthly plan: charged immediately upon subscription, then on the same day each month (or the last day of the month if no equivalent date exists).
Annual plan: a single upfront payment for one year at the time of purchase (no auto-renewal).

How to cancel
Monthly plan: after signing in, stop auto-renewal anytime from the "Back to Free" button on the Creator Plan page.
Annual plan: no cancellation is needed (no auto-renewal); mid-term cancellation is not available, and it automatically reverts to Free upon expiry.

Returns / refunds
Monthly plan: due to the digital nature of the service, refunds and cancellations after payment are not accepted in principle. Stop auto-renewal before the next billing date to avoid further charges. No prorated refund will be issued.

However, this does not apply where we are unable to provide the service due to reasons attributable to us, or where a refund is otherwise required by law. If we terminate the service or make a material change that prevents continued provision, we will refund an amount corresponding to the unprovided period by a reasonable method.
